The Region 1C Women's Council is holding its fifth annual community-wide "Back to School Rally and Resource Fair" on Monday, August 12 at Local 602. This will include a free backpack giveaway to those who qualify and obtain a voucher prior to the event. For information on qualifying or helping, please see this pdf.
