· Learn Why TM is so effective for stress and anxiety–50% reduction in PTS symptoms               
· Learn why TM works from the start and is so easy to practice
This course is not only for our Veterans with PTSD, but anyone that has experienced some type of trauma.  
Special grants are available for veterans, active and reserve service members to take the TM Course. The TM Course is also UAW/GM TAP eligible for those who have not served.
